Spring has sprung, and aboard the Star of Honolulu that means one thing – the debut of our seven course Spring-inspired menu on our signature Five Star Sunset Dining & Jazz Cruise. Chefs de Cuisine Adam Gilbert and Norman Soderberg have created an innovative yet classic French menu that includes:
served butler-style, with a Hawaiian BelliniZucchini Soup,
accompanied by crème fraiche and cilantroSpring Garden Salad,
with fresh greens, pickled vegetables, mushroom “soil” and herb vinaigrette
Live Maine Lobster,
paired with ali’I mushroom purse, pea puree, homard sauce and Tsar Nicoulai caviar
Pineapple Pinot Grigio Sorbet Intermezzo
Prime Tenderloin of Beef,
complemented by a carrot and potato cloud, Spring vegetable medley and two sauces
White Wine Poached Pear Napoleon,
Served with Tahitian vanilla bean gelato, anglaise sauce and raspberry coulis
Special occasions don’t get any more romantic than this. In addition to the incredible menu, guests enjoy stellar sunset and coastline views from the Star’s 60-foot-high top deck, live jazz, and a newly renovated Super Nova room that features a stylized Hawaiian design.
Our Five Star Sunset Dining & Jazz Cruise is offered nightly. All-inclusive VIP welcome, dinner, live Jazz show, super premium beverages and after dinner cart drink service, is priced at $189 per person.
