Join us aboard The Star of Honolulu and experience our new, exquisite spring menu along with the soothing sounds of a live jazz trio on the signature Five Star Sunset Dining & Jazz Cruise. Beginning April 1 through June 30, 2016, Chef de Cuisine Norman Soderberg have crafted the following seven-course, French style menu that will entice all of your senses:

Air-Flown Live Maine Lobster
with Sweet Kahuku Corn Succotash,
Chorizo Mushroom Duxelle Puff, Pickled Radish
and Asparagus Puree

Meyer Lemon Sorbet

Highest Grade Prime Tenderloin Herb Crusted Beef
with Spring Vegetable Bouquet,

Throughout the evening, guests will indulge in the flavors of the season while enjoying relaxing sounds of jazz and an impeccable sunset and coastline view.

The Five Star Sunset Dining & Jazz cruise departs nightly from Pier 8 at Aloha Tower Marketplace at 5:30 p.m., with the Captain’s Welcome Reception beginning at 4:45 p.m., and returns at 8 p.m.; 8:30 p.m. on Fridays. The Five Star Sunset Dining & Jazz cruise is $199 for adults; not recommended for children. Kama’aina and military prices are also available with valid Hawaii and military I.D.
